NMS Awarded Sound and Vibration Monitoring for Major New Carson Project

We are pleased to announce that NMS will be providing noise and vibration monitoring services for new street construction in Carson, California. The new streets will service future development of a 157-acre former landfill that is the largest currently undeveloped parcel in the Los Angeles metropolitan area. NMS was awarded the work in part due to our Principal Consultant’s past work on the project, which included sound measurements, vibration monitoring, and modeling of pile driving at the site. Initial construction will take place over the next 2 years, with new real estate development to follow. We look forward to working on this exciting addition to the South Bay area!
