NMS Awarded Honolulu Rail Transit Project Noise Monitoring

We are pleased to announce that NMS will be providing noise monitoring services for the Honolulu Rail Transit Project over the next two years. The project links Oahu's western suburbs with the city via a 20-mile, 21-station rail line. Our services will be used on the final construction phase, as work nears downtown Honolulu. We will be installing our remote monitoring stations, which will continuously measure sound levels, and send automatic email and text alerts to the contractors if noise limits are exceeded. The monitoring systems will be remotely managed by our staff in California.
